Nate Clisch, P.E.

Nate received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University in 2017. He joined IDI in June of 2018 as a Structural Designer in the Marquette office and in July of 2021 became a licensed Structural Engineer.

Most enjoyable facet about working at IDI:
I really enjoy being able to work with every discipline under one company, it makes the design process run smoothly and you get to see how your design affects other disciplines.

Most valuable contribution to IDI’s team:
My willingness to take on different types of projects and learn new skills that can help our designs grow and become more efficient and effective.

Sarmad Shaman

Sarmad received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Wayne State University in 2019. He joined IDI in June 2021 as an Electrical Designer in the Brighton office.

Most enjoyable facet about working at IDI:
Being a part of the design and construction process from the start and seeing the drawings evolve and be built into a space people can utilize and be a part of.

Most valuable contribution to IDI’s team:
I bring in a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. I strive to find great solutions and get clients the best results.

Lakers Legacy Center Gym

Lakers Legacy Center

This athletic practice facility opened spring 2021. The facility houses a synthetic turf bay for field sports, two competition courts, and an elevated running track. Located adjacent to the Stadium, the facility provides indoor/outdoor seating and concessions for both the Stadium and Legacy Center. The second floor fitness center and track supports both students and community.
